Fee Structure
MJB Asset Management's standard investment advisory fee schedule for individual clients is based on the following percentage of assets under management:
- 1.00% per annum of the first $3,000,000 of assets under management
- 0.75% per annum of assets in excess of $3,000,000 under management.
Clients pay any brokerage and/or custodial costs incurred in the purchase, sale, and holding of investment vehicles in their accounts. MJB Asset Management uses third-party brokers to implement transactions and third-party custodians to house client accounts. MJB Asset Management obtains institutional brokerage rates on behalf of its clients and does not mark up commissions.
